I find myself owning a blog because:

• Updating a HTML website is just becoming too tedious
• I have too many ideas to keep to myself (I don’t promise they will all be good)
• We have some really insightful, amazing debates down the boozer after work sometimes, and it would be a shame to lose them all
• I’m finding that I actually quite enjoy blogging!

…and most of all, because social media fascinates me, but I don’t believe that I can advise my clients on it – or even claim to understand it – if I don’t get involved and try it for myself. So here I am.

So I’m Chris Guest. I’m a Senior Account Director at AKQA in London, England. As I already have so many other pages and profiles on various social networks, I’m not going to try and write an auto-biography here, so have a look at my other sites page for a list of those.

There is no statement of intent for what is on this site, because I’m learning its better to post whenever I can – when both inspiration and time allows – so let’s just see what comes out.
